I am well into the recovery from reconstructive knee surgery. It was three weeks ago today I went under the knife. I feel pretty good at this point but the rehab is becoming a grind. I am used to working out but every day twice a day every single day. Also, the stuff the physical therapists has 'shown' me how to do is worthless. Not the exercises themselves just the necessity of a $15 session for someone to show me things I am more than sure I could do from an instructional sheet.
6 months from now I will be quick like a cat again!!
