I find it hard to sit back and absorb life, for the most part. I have this wonderful world all around me and for the vast majority of the time I don’t even acknowledge and revel in the glory it is. There are moments that stop me in my tracks and I get this overwhelming sense of a cosmic WOW! Realigning my focus to not look ahead to enjoy the now, the journey. The journey holds so much and the blinders and filters need to be recognized and removed, in short order. Breathe it in, get off your ass, real and proverbial, and breathe it in!
